Researchers have discovered and documented that the more creativity and consciousness we have, the stronger the gamma rays we generate.
That means that the more we excite the brain creatively, the more gamma rays we generate. So since creativity and consciousness are related and and an excited brain generates more gamma rays, then challenging our brains can create more consciousness.
But that does not mean that challenging the brain with more memorization and filling it with more facts is going to generate gamma rays; it means challenging the brain's imagination will do so. Doing calculations and memorization is not creative, it is more a simulated proficient computerized act.
Our bodies give off infrared light, our conscious intelligence gives off gamma rays. The exciting part is that it is all now possible to detect and measure the different levels of these wavelengths. In other words, the more intense the gamma rays are, the more conscious potential is occurring in a persons brain.
